Optimal Safety Solutions specializes in providing small and medium business with a unique service where we aim to provide business owner’s with opportunity to maximize their productivity and reduce costs through effective safety practices. This achieved by integrating safety into business activities by seeking out WASTE as we drive to improve business outcomes.

 

As the principle consultant I work with the business owners, managers, supervisors and employees to develop simple, sustainable and productive safety and health systems. By providing an out siders point of view I can help find more productive and safer systems of work. All processes are designed to meet WA OSH and WHS legal compliance. This is achieved by designing systems and process that meet with AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and comply with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Principles and promoting continual improvement in safety and health and productivity. Through the application of Lean Manufacturing 8 pillars of WASTE and Downtime, continual improvement can be achieved, together with a safer and more productive workplace to reduce of operating costs

 

We also offer advice in matters relating to human resourcing, employment conditions and workers compensation. By developing systems and work practices that are safe and productive, injury and work- related illness can be reduced, keeping downtime to a minimum and reducing overall costs. Working with the employees, medical professionals involved and business management focuses on employee engagement with injury management recovery.
